What are the opening dates for the residence and its facilities?
  • Le Bachat Villages stays open in autumn: enjoy the last colours of the season or prepare for your first snowshoeing or cross-country skiing trips as soon as the first snow falls!
    👉 On Saturday, 6 December 2025, the swimming pool and wellness/fitness area will open for the winter season (every day except Tuesday, from 2:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. — hours subject to change).
    👉 On Saturday, 13 December 2025, Le Bachat Restaurant and its brand new food court will open (opening date may be brought forward
    👉 In spring 2026, the residence and Le Bachat will remain open to host your group, family or professional events (weddings, seminars, etc.).

Can i choose my location?

For any special requests regarding accommodation (in a specific building or on a specific floor, next to another booking, etc.), please contact reception as soon as possible and before your arrival.

We will assess the feasibility of your request and do our best to accommodate it, subject to availability. No accommodation can be guaranteed in this case

Can I bring my pet?

Pets are welcome at no extra charge.

During your stay, we ask that you be mindful of everyone's comfort:

  • To prevent noise disturbances, please do not leave your pet alone in the accommodation.
  • Dogs must be kept on a lead within the residence.
  • Please ensure that your apartment is left in a perfectly clean condition upon departure. Vacuum cleaners can be borrowed from reception if required. If any damage has been caused or exceptional cleaning is required, a deduction will be made from your deposit.
    Are bed linen and towels provided?

    You can hire them on site or bring your own.

    The dimensions of the beds can be found in the description of your accommodation.

    • Bed linen or towel hire: €9 per person
    • Bed linen + towel hire: €15 per person

     

    Is end-of-stay cleaning included?

    End-of-stay cleaning (excluding kitchen area)
    Optional: €50 / accommodation

    If you choose to clean yourself, cleaning equipment is available in each apartment. Cleaning products are not provided.

    However, a welcome kit containing 1 sponge, 1 pod of cleaning product and 1 dishwasher tablet will allow you to start your stay with peace of mind.

    WHAT IS THE KITCHEN EQUIPPED WITH?
    • The flats are equipped with dishwashers.
    • The coffee machines use filter coffee.
    How does the pool and wellness area work?

    The area is open from the start to the end of the season. Provisional dates: 6 December 2025 to 12 April 2026.

    Provisional opening times: every day (except Tuesday, when it is closed) from 2.30 pm to 7.30 pm. Don't forget your swimsuit!

    Swimming shorts are not permitted.

    The following are permitted: boxer shorts or swim briefs for men, swimsuits for women.

    How much is the deposit?

    A €300 deposit is required for all stays.

    It must be provided by credit card imprint (not debited):

    • via our online check-in procedure (quick and secure) before your arrival.
    • or directly on site, upon your arrival.
    How much is the tourist tax?

    In accordance with regulations, a tourist tax is payable for each booking.

    • Only adults (over 18 years of age) are subject to this tax. Minors are exempt.
    • The amount corresponds to 5% of the pre-tax price per person per night (municipal tax), plus 10% for the departmental tax.

    The calculation is made automatically when you make your booking.

    Do you accept holiday vouchers?

    We accept holiday vouchers, both printed and electronic.

    You can convert your printed holiday vouchers into electronic vouchers before your arrival (see procedure with the ANCV), so that you can pay to the nearest cent at all service providers.

    Check-in: what time can we arrive?

    During reception opening times

    From 5:00 pm. 

    • Sunday to Friday: it is usually possible to arrive from 4pm.
    • On Saturdays: check-in is possible from 2pm. If cleaning has been completed, the keys to the accommodation may be given to you before 5pm, but this cannot be guaranteed in advance.

    Outside reception opening times

    Key box arrival system available.

    Provided you have contacted reception in advance and completed the check-in process:

    • A €300 deposit by credit card (not debited).
    • Payment of tourist tax and any additional services (e.g. linen hire).
    • Provision of the requested information.

    Check-in can be done:

    • Online, using the link sent by email 2 days before your arrival.
    • Or by telephone, with reception.

    Stays of one week or more: departure before 10am.
    Short stays (2 to 6 nights): departure before 11am

    Outside reception opening times

    You may depart at a time of your choosing.
    In this case, you will be given instructions on how to return the keys upon arrival.
